Senior Manager/Supervisor

This role will based remotely in the continental United States


Key Activities

Engage with relevant data partners to:

  • Conduct ongoing reviews and action planning against the high priority list
  • Report on Prognos progress against high priority targets
  • Understand key levers for pricing
  • Align on appropriate pricing for individual opportunities, bringing in business rational to make pricing more attractive when necessary
  • Provide market feedback via customer discussions and Prognos Health deal flow data to influence market based pricing and turnaround times
  • Expand the value of the relationship for Prognos and partner (co-marketing, new use cases, etc.)


Engage with prospective customers (in collaboration with BD and clinical teams):

  • Provide updates from data partners on their solutions and commercialization efforts
  • Identify the right solution for the customer need based on the best fit of our data providers offerings and pricing
  • Set expectations on process, turnaround times, and expected costs for counts and pricing based on knowledge of internal processes and data partner pricing models
  • Monitor solution specifications throughout sales process to help ensure the right information is being collected to support an efficient turnaround time for prospects
  • Position solutions and options with customers, according to knowledge of their needs

 

Engage with customer post-sale (in collaboration with BD and clinical teams):

  • Understand how success will be measured for the program
  • Understand the impact that is being achieved through Prognos’ solutions and help increase the value by identifying additional use of existing solution for the customer
  • Identify potential expansion of value for the customer based on market events, Prognos product evolution, and learnings from other customers

 

Engage with Marketing to:

  • Ensure that Prognos has the desired level of awareness and appropriate positioning in the market based on available marketing investments (website, conferences, webinars, white papers/blogs)
  • Ensure selling materials reflect the appropriate positioning for our solutions in the market
  • Maintain solutions sheets that accurately reflect the agreement with both customers and
  • data partners
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in all aspects of responsibilities

1. Subject-matter Expertise: knowledge of how different RWD types (claims, lab) are used
to support HCP targeting and patient journey analyses in pharma, and how that could
differ by therapy area and asset/class
2. Problem Solving: ability to work through complex scenarios to analyze multiple options
and propose the best solution
3. Relationship Management: experience building win-win opportunities with
pharmaceutical companies or partner organizations
